Simply love this place! Great selection of ice cream creations! The ice cream is like the old school custard, I grew up enjoying. Always first stop when we have company. The couple who run it are two if the sweetest, people you ever could meet. Love to go in and visit with them and enjoy their delicious ice cream! One of Galesburg's best places!

Great ice cream. Hard to choose from all the flavors. Love to look at the flowers they raise. The people are very friendly and nice. Be back soon.

Some very nice ice cream at a very cheap price. This is some of the better ice cream I have ever had. It's hard to believe they can stay in business when I get a generous helping for about $3.

We stopped in when we saw the Ashby's Ice Cream sign. We had that back in Michigan and never thought we'd see it after moving to Illinois. What a great surprise. That ice cream is the very best--rich and creamy, the way ice cream always used to be. The owners were super friendly and we had an enjoyable stop there. It is our new go-to place for ice cream in our new home.

Really really cute place! Owners were super friendly and just the sweetest people. 44 flavors of icecream, lots of other things like smoothies, malts, shakes, icecream cakes. Definitely worth a stop!
